The Canadian Open Poker Championships (COPC) is one of the most popular live poker tournament series in Canada. Taking place in Calgary and sometimes spreading across several of the local casinos, the 2011 COPC will run from August 11-21 2011 but will remain strictly at the Deerfoot Inn & Casino. 8 events over 11 days in Calgary. The series concludes witha $1650 buyin Main event on Saturday Aug 20 at 12pm. It is a 2 day event with 12,500 starting chips and 45 minute blinds.
